Access to the RMI Master OS, LegalMind AI, and RMi_Index is strictly restricted to authorized corporate entities. By accessing this platform, you agree to utilize the architecture exclusively for its intended compliance, auditing, and corporate governance purposes.
All proprietary software code, digital frameworks, LegalMind NLP algorithms, and enterprise methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of RMI Global. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or replication of the dashboard interface is strictly prohibited.
While RMI Global provides authoritative AI-assisted tracking and auditing, ultimate corporate compliance rests with the client entity. RMI Global shall not be held liable for statutory penalties resulting from client failure to execute on provided legal counsel or flagged digital warnings.
Disputes relating to the use of our digital platforms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction matching the active regional platform (e.g., the High Court of South Africa for operations on the '.co.za' node).
